Program description
Urus Insurance sends text messages about quote requests, policy servicing, renewals, and appointment reminders to customers who opt in. Opt-in happens on our quote form checkbox or by asking an agent in person or by phone.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your quote or policy activity. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you reply STOP we send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at +1-561-621-9123 orurus@ibinderbook.com.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
You do not have to agree to receive texts to get a quote or buy a policy.
Mobile data privacy
Mobile information, including your phone number, SMS consent status, and message history, will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with vendors and service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
